After asking you to set up an account, it will take you to this page:

Choose the Membership Category that’s right for you

We have a fair number of membership categories which seek to cater for all situations, providing the fairest deals with discounts for families. Take a moment or two to scroll and scan the list before selecting your membership category.

You can register as an individual or as a family. Generally it’s cheaper to register youth players as part of a Family.

Benefits of Family Membership

Family membership covers membership for both partners and youth players,

Family memberships offer discounted rates,

Please note that membership for Wee Reds Micros (P1 to P3) is free for all Family Members,

Non-Playing Family membership means there’s no adult player in the family – choose the specific category based on the number of youth players (ie those from P4 to U18)

Playing Family membership means there is one adult player in the family – choose the specific category based on the number of youth players (ie those from P4 to U18).

Individual Memberships

There’s quite a range of categories here, but they fall into generally one of five groups:

Adult players – with a discount cvariation for those NOT in full-time employment

Youth players – Wee Reds Micros (P1-P3), Wee Reds Minis (P4 -P7) or Young Reds (S1 -U18)

Full members (non playing) – as it says on the tin!

Social members – can choose basic, with touch rugby, with touch rugby and gym, or a new variation – “country social” (see below)

Life & Honorary members – they’ll know who they are!

Youth Players Under 18s

Please note that all under 18s must be registered by an adult (parent or guardian).

New Social Membership Category Variation

Country Social Membership – support the Club from a distance. We have a number of loyal members and supporters who now live far away (over 50 miles) from Linlithgow. We invite you to take out our new “Country Social Membership” package. At £30 per annum it gives you an arms-length Social membership of the Club and you’ll be very welcome on any occasion that you are able to visit.

Next Steps

Once you have worked out the right membership category for you, then click the “select plan” or “select bundle” button. This will open a box similar to the one below – it’s of course different for each category.

In this example, two non-playing adults are automatically selected, but you have to identify the YOUTH category for the 1 playing youth. You can also add any Micro(s) where appropriate. The bundle price is capped at the discounted rate of £210 once all selections are made.

Club Lotto – you could win the jackpot while helping to fundraise

Next step is click the “Select Bundle” button and this will take you to a page to register each person in turn (only yourself if it’s an individual category!), before you’ll be invited to check-out. At this stage you’ll have an option of adding a lotto promotion. This is new and is a voluntary way to support the running of the Club. As you’ll see below, we strive to keep Membership Fees low, but that only covers part of the costs. Participating in the Club Lotto is one way you can help close our funding gap! The jackpot starts at £500 and will increase with each roll-over!

Finally checkout and select your payment option and pay.  Thank-you.

Membership Fees – an explanation

As a Club we are able to partly subsidise our playing costs, through a mix of sponsorship, fundraising and social functions. Our aim is to keep our membership fees as low and as fair as possible to encourage more people to get involved in rugby and sports in general. Fees are set by members at the Annual General Meeting and, for the last few seasons, we have operated an agreed policy to cover at least 50% of our direct costs through the membership fee.

This leaves a fair amount of income to be generated from other sources and this season we are introducing a couple of initiatives to help generate a bit more cash to support the running of the Club. Remember that we are a charity and all monies generated will go back into the running of the Club and the furtherance of our development plans.

This year, when you set up your membership plan, you will be invited to join our new “Club Lotto”. This is entirely voluntary and we understand that not all members will wish to take part. However, it’s an effective way of generating support funds for our rugby operations. We will ensure that at least 30% of takings are fed back into boosting the jackpot.
